WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Deliver customer service to our corporate base and prospects by receiving and taking ownership of all customer queries
● Manage communication via email and phone, draft and submit quotations, respond to queries, follow up as needed, and have regular after-sales touch bases to ensure that execution has been successful and to inquire into additional needs.
● Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
● Take mandatory trainings to learn about products and solutions offered by brand partners
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
● Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Papiamento are required; Dutch and Spanish is a pre
● Proven experience as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant is a pre
