WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily business operations of a retail store

● General task include supervising employees

● Communication with and helping customers and carrying out directives given by the manager

● Supervise and train staff

● Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback

● Stock inventory based on current trends, availability of new products and customers interest

● Display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal

● Nightly and daily paperwork

● Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

● Must be 18 years or older

● High school diploma or GED. Associates degree is preferred

● Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience

● Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, POS

● Flexible work schedule (may include nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)

● Some travel may be requested

● Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced environment
