The Warehouse Assistant is the key driver of efficiency and organization in the warehouse. This role is accountable for maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting operational performance indicators, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Receive and process incoming shipments
● Ensure accurate inventory records by regularly conducting counts and reconciling discrepancies
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following company protocols and procedures
● Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped to customers
● Work closely with other team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
● Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
● Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
● A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to lift heavy packages
● Good work ethic
● Eligible to work in Aruba/Curacao
